Billing Policies (effective July 15, 2011):
- Individual registrations must be paid in full to complete the registration process. Unpaid registrations may be canceled at anytime by NEMA, especially in the event of a full class. Late payments on past due invoices shall be charged a late fee of 1% per month past due commencing on the first day of the second month.
- Private class payments are due payable to NEMA with net 30 calendar day terms. Late payments on past due invoices shall be charged a late fee of 1 percent per month past due commencing on the first day of the second month.
- Late fees will be calculated with simple interest from the date the invoice became past due. For example, if the invoice date is February 14, late fees will be calculated from March 14 to the date payment is issued at 1% for each complete month elapsed past the due date.
